She began her career as a sales associate with a leading homebuilder, then became a sales associate at a full-service brokerage on the coast. Her sales and marketing background and her local knowledge as a long-time Orange County resident make her a dedicated real estate expert.
A graduate of Pepperdine University with a degree in Public Relations, Melanie built strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of advertising and marketing. Her corporate sales career sharpened her presenting, negotiating and closing skills, which she now brings to every real estate transaction.
